E Battery 320th Field Artillery became the successor of C Battery 94th Field Artillery in 1986.
In 1986 C Battery 94th Field Artillery was reflagged E Battery 320th Field Artillery. It was first assigned to the Combat Support Battalion but became part of the 6th Battalion 40th Armor later.
After 6th Battalion 40th Armor was deactivated in 1992 the Battery was reassigned to the Combat Support Battalion.
E Battery 320th Field Artillery was deactivated in 1994.
